Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations:

As soon as your order is palced, we start working on it. A big part of our items are custom made, so we kindly ask our customers to check all the details before they order. Having in mind the above you can cancel or change your order within a 36 hours after it has been placed. Just drop us a line through our contact form.

Returns:

If an item does not meet your expectations you can ship it back to us for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the return expences. 

All the items that came broken or damaged to you will be replaced free of charge. We just need a photo of the item showing the defect.
